Movement science
Soft-tissue, mobility, activation, corrective exercise, strength, recovery. The order is not arbitrary — each step prepares the body for the next.

Every Kinexion program follows the same integrative sequence. It looks simple, and that is the point — anyone should be able to understand their own program design. But the order is deliberate.
The sequence
- Soft-tissue — reduce restriction so tissue can move.
- Mobility — restore range of motion at the joints that need it.
- Activation — switch on the muscles that should be doing the work.
- Corrective exercise — rebuild the movement pattern with the right muscles firing.
- Strength training — make the new pattern durable under load.
- Recovery — let adaptation happen so the cycle can repeat.
Why skipping steps fails
Load a compensated pattern and you strengthen the compensation. Stretch a joint without activating its stabilizers and the range disappears by tomorrow. The sequence exists so each step is built on the one before it — and so your practitioner can tell exactly where a program needs adjusting.
