Getting started
Nervous about your first assessment? Here is exactly what a Kinexion practitioner looks at, what the data is used for, and what you get afterward.

An assessment is the foundation of every Kinexion program. It is not a test you can fail — it is a snapshot of how your body moves today, captured so that everything that follows can be personalized and measured.
What we look at
- Posture and alignment at rest and under load
- Range of motion through major joints — ankles, hips, spine, shoulders
- Movement quality on fundamental patterns like squatting, hinging, and reaching
- Asymmetries and compensations between left and right
- Your history, goals, and the demands of your daily life or sport
What the data becomes
The platform interprets minute movement deviations into a personalized corrective program and a road map of interventions. Your practitioner reviews it with you so you understand not just what to do, but why. Every future re-assessment is compared to this baseline — which is how you know the program is working.
What to bring
Comfortable clothing you can move in, any relevant medical history or physician guidance, and your goals. Remote assessments are conducted over live video with simple setup instructions sent in advance.
