Recovery
Resting until it feels okay is how injuries come back. Here is how a structured recovery phase — with milestones — gets you back to full activity for good.

Ask most people how they recovered from their last injury and the answer is some version of “I waited until it stopped hurting.” Pain is a poor guide to readiness. Tissue capacity, range of motion, and movement quality all lag behind how something feels — which is why the same injury so often returns.
The four questions a recovery program answers
- Where am I starting from? (a re-assessment against your baseline)
- What needs to be restored first? (mobility, tissue capacity, activation)
- How do I load it safely? (progressive, measured, adjusted)
- How do I know I am ready? (milestones, not feelings)
Nutrition and the rest of the picture
Healing is physical, nutritional, and mental. Kinexion Recovery includes dietician-led nutrition guidance and education on sleep, stress, and load management — because the body does not recover in a vacuum.
If you are coming back from an injury, surgery, or a long layoff, a structured plan is the difference between returning and returning for good.
